Other Requirements

If the tenant or another occupant is present during the inspection, we kindly ask that you:
keep a distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and that person or persons whenever possible, and
refrain from making physical contact such as shaking hands or touching anything at the property.

The agency reserves the right to refuse entry at an inspection to anyone who is not willing not to complete the questionnaire or wear gloves and a mask as requested.
